TaoTronics LED Grow Light emits 3 bands in 660nm, 630nm, and 460nm peak growth spectrums for plant photosynthesis. 10 red 660nm and 630nm LEDs are used to prolong flowering to produce the better colored, sweeter and juicier fruit. 2 blue LEDs illuminate to strengthen stems and grow more leafs, altogether increasing the yield by 20% - 50% which should contain 10-20% more total soluble sugar and Vitamin C as well as 20-30% more crude protein.
Better heat dissipation
Newest aircraft grade heat sink with aluminum fins dissipate heat 1.5 times more efficiently than previous Par 38 series. the light has longer lifespan and more stable performance. By contrast, the dissipation mechanism for the 3W LED light from the other sellers is not upgraded accordingly; hence the LED lifespan is reduced and more prone to damage.
Lower Power Consumption
These growing lamps emit the wavelength of light which can be fully absorbed by the plants photosynthesis; no energy waste like traditional fluorescent lights such as HPS, HID and T5 lights which usually waste 80% energy. Our 36W LED grow light provides as much illumination as 120W traditional lights.
Minimum Heat, Maximum Growth
LED as cool light source, does not generate any noticeable heat even after working for 17 hours a day, keeping the temperatures below35°C / 95°F. As we know, photosynthesis needs catalysis of enzyme; 50°F - 95°F is the ideal temperature, when it reaches 104°F - 122°F, photosynthesis will stop. Traditional lights reach over 50°C / 122°F, unusable for photosynthesis, and requiring an AC to prevent crops being burned.
